Automix crashes djay on macOS Sonoma

Switching to the Automix layout doesn’t crash it, but a single click anywhere in the auto mix area will immediately close and crash the application.

Not sure where I can grab logs or diagnostics files, but happy to upload if that’s helpful.

Thank you very much for sharing this with us and we’d be more than appreciative to get a better understanding of this issue.

Could you please complete the following steps below so that we can properly retrieve your djay user ID and asses this as best we can?

  1. Open the djay Pro AI app on your Mac.
  2. In the top left corner of your screen click on the portion of the menu bar that says “djay Pro AI”.
  3. In the drop-down menu click on the button that says “Provide djay Pro AI Feedback”.
  4. Fill out the submission form that will pop up in your default browser and title your inquiry “ATTN: NATHANIEL - Automix crashes djay on macOS Sonoma” in the provided subject line.
