Automix not playing local songs in order

When will you have an update? Or is it possible to roll back to previous working version of the software? 5.2

We do not have a timeline for the next update. You can use a Time Machine backup on your Mac to revert to a previous version.

Hi again @rvw, unfortunately our engineering team has not been able to replicate this issue. Could you please try a different source like djay Music and see if you still get the same issue? It would be useful to see if it’s just related to My Collection or a global issue. Thanks!

@Slak_Jaw in Windows it is the same mess using Automix with a manual playlist and using the mix now button. The same songs keep on playing when using mix now. No idea how to change the order of the playlist anymore.
See attached movie, automix is completely useless in 5.3.2815.0.

Hi @Dutchie, thanks for the video - this is very helpful. From your video, it looks like you are running Automix from a different spot that the Side Panel. Can you please reboot djay, and start your Automix using the Start Automix button at the top of the side panel and confirm if you experience the same issue? Thanks!

Hi @Slak_Jaw my sincere apologies.
I really must have overlooked that one simple step to start automix.

Now another issues came a place. Despite the tempo adjust setting to off, songs still match BPM:

Edit: very strange, this one I cannot replicate after restarting Djay…

Hi @Dutchie, please make sure it’s disabled in the Crossfader FX menu as well.

Engineering has identified the issue and is working on a fix which should be included in an upcoming update (likely 5.3.2). Thanks!
