Automix transition mode "neural mix" missing

Hello, the “neural mix” option is missing as transition mode on my iPad and macOS. I actually use the Pro version as a trial version. The neural mix function is only not shown in automix. The manual use of neural mix works perfectly. I read through all the requirements for the software in advance. The homepage says: “Mac Requires macOS 10.14.4 or later. iPad Requires iPadOS 12.2 or later.”

macOS Version: 12.6.5 (Monterey)

  4. What Mac model are you using?

  5. What version of djay Pro AI are you using?

Could you also explain in greater detail what you mean by the following statement?
