Restart, not reset @DJDANY

Hi again @DJDANY, we have not been able to reproduce this issue as you have described, so this does not appear to be a bug within djay. I’ve personally been running Automix on my Android device for over 2 hours now with no playback issues. Most likely this is an issue with your internet connection, Tidal account, your specific setup or an improper installation of djay. I recommend you try the following in order and report back if your issue persists.

  1. Log out of Tidal from within djay then close the djay app.
  2. Log out of any Tidal browsers or stand alone Tidal apps then also close these apps.
  3. Perform a Hard Restart of your Android device ( How to Hard Restart an Android Phone - iFixit Repair Guide )
  4. After restarting, disable your VPN if you are using one.
  5. Perform an internet speed test and share a screenshot here of the results (https://www.speedtest.net/).
  6. Disable automatic screen lock on your Android device ( Set screen lock on an Android device - Android Help ).
  7. Launch djay, and log into your Tidal account only within the djay app.
  8. Start Automix and select a playlist that contains at least 40 songs.
  9. If you continue to experience issues after following all of these steps, I recommend that you uninstall djay from your device, reboot the device, then download and install the latest version of djay from the official Google Play store and test again.

I hope that helps!

Also try to disable any power saving mode for each individual app DJ Pro & Tidal.
