Automix with Tidal stops after 10-15 minutes

Hi

I pay aubscription to test app but i am very disappointed, with Tidal playlists automix stop after 10-15 minutes !

The error appears because I don’t have internet, I’m on wifi, I’ll come back with a photo of the error

Tidal requires internet to work with djay.

djay does not currently support the offline mode with Tidal.

Please make sure you are connected to a reliable internet source either through WiFi or a cellular data network. Thanks!

Thanks for clarifying @DJDANY,

Can you please confirm that you have an active Tidal subscription with the DJ Extension add-on?
Do you also have a djay subscription or are you using the free trial?
Do you have the screen lock disabled on your Android device so it doesn’t go to sleep when using Automix?
Have you tried a different WiFi connections?
Have you tried a cellular hotspot connection?
Can you please share a screenshot of your Automix settings?

Djay Pro sub

I tried with wifi and cellular

What addon, i have only djay android app

If not fix i cancel my djay subscription!

In the meantime, please try disabling screen lock on your Android device to see if that helps:

Yes, I did. I’m not experiencing any issues with Tidal and Automix, on Android 15 and djay 5.6.1.

I’ve been running Automix with Tidal for 90 minutes now with no issues.

Can you please confirm which country/region you are in?
Are you using a VPN on your Android device? If so, can you please try disabling it and testing again?
