I’m currently using djay pro trial and I’m thinking of buying it, but will my hot cues from spotify and my other songs be deleted? If not how would I be able to save the metadata and hot cues?

As you are using the version from our online store you won’t be able to save the data. Only when you’re using the App Store version you can enable iCloud and save the data via iCloud.
The First Downbeat, edited BPM and cue points are now saved via the iCloud.
