Bad distortion unusable program for me.

Since getting Djay pro every song through every source, whether it is downloaded or not has terrible distortion. Would love to try to figure this out.

I’ve attempted many things from reinstalling and trying different audio sources for input and output. Nothing seems to fix it.

Does the windows version have an option to set the headroom?

  1. Are you using a DJ controller or external audio interface? If so which one?
  2. What version of djay Pro are you using?
  3. What version of Windows are you using?
  4. Please share your Windows laptop hardware specifications.
  5. Do you have any Windows ASIO drivers installed?
  6. Please share a screenshot of your djay Settings>Audio Devices
  7. Please share a screenshot of your djay Settings>Sound
