Beat FX Auto BPM Sync Issue / DDJ-1000 SRT

  • Version of operating system (e.g. macOS 14.4.1): Macos 12.1
  • Version of djay (e.g. 5.1.2): Djay Pro lastest version
  • Hardware/controllers used (e.g. Reloop Mixon 8 Pro): DDJ 1000 SRT

Summary of the issue:
I‘ve got a new Pioneer DDJ-1000SRT and I‘m running it with the newest Drivers for Mac and Firmware , but the Auto detect of the BPM for the Beat FX is not working properly. The BPM is blinking and is stuck on 120 BPM, no matter if I change between the individual channels or the Master channel. Is this a known problem for the 1000SRT?

I know there was a topic in 2022, but still no help or update.
Please can you fix this??

Sorry to see you’ve been experiencing these hardware issues with djay.

In this case, a video showing the issue in action would be extremely beneficial for our engineering team for investigation purposes.

You can do so in one of two ways.

  1. Upload your video file directly to our Dropbox service using this direct link: Upload to Dropbox.
  2. Upload your video file to a cloud storage service, like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, and share a link to your video.

Please make sure that you name your attached video file as your community topic title so we can easily track it in our system.
