Beatpad 2 no sound from headphone jack? Using Samsung tablet with djay2 .How do you cue tracks with no sound in headphones?

I have the same problem.
Soft: Djay2
Device: Sony xperia Z5c (android 7.1.1)
Mixer: Reloop Mixon 4
Problem: No sound from headphones.

I have this same issue
Android tablet plugged Into beatpad 2 and headphones plugged into the front of beatpad 2 using the 3.5mm jack

Nothing I do seems to let me hear headphones to cue tracks

Taking the piss have not been able to use the gear I brought properly yet so far becoming the worst 450 pounds i have spent
