Is anyone else having this error? When I load beats source on the app it says device is off-line even though it allows for me to stream and their pre-curated playlist but out of my library it won’t load. I’ve already re-downloaded the app restarted the program and the iPad looking for some help, this is critical!
You know I just saw that email as well. I really hope that’s what it is because I got a big set this Saturday and I really need to be prepping. Fingers crossed it up by this afternoon.

I checked the status I have the premium version with the offline locker. Also I tired the web app and my playlist did load.
It’s not loading in my app on either my phone or iPad. I get the same error message.
Hi @SirDC, do you have a VPN or HTTP Proxy setup on your devices? If so, can you please try disabling them? Also, if possible, could you please try a different WIFI network? Thanks!
