beatsource not loading tracks?

hello guys,

when trying to load tracks from beatsource it shows up blank on the waveforms and it it does load it will only play for a second. I’ve deleted the app reinstalled the app and logged out/in with beatsource and it does the same thing. anyone have a fix for this. thanks

I was experiencing the same thing with Beatport Link and djay 4.1.1. Restarting the iPad seemed to fix it.

This issue has been addressed in our latest update to djay Pro AI (4.1.3). We advise you to update your application, and let us know if the issue persists so that we may investigate this further!
