Beatsource not opening

DJAY does nothing when I try to get my best source account to sync with DJAY. I click the button, and it flashes, but nothing happens. I was used to seeing a log in screen pop up. Now, nothing is happening. I had a party last night and couldn’t get it working. I have a wedding today… I swear… every time I have a wedding, DJAY sabotages me :confused:

Is anyone else having this “lack of log-in” type of problem?

Thanks for writing here in the Community and sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with djay and the beatsource integration.

Please make sure you are subscribed to any of the 3 Beatsource LINK tiers and that everything is currently running smoothly with the subscription (you can check this directly on Beatsource).
If you already have a valid Beatsource subscription, could you please try logging out of Beatsource in djay by clicking on “Library” in the top menu bar, select “Log out of Beatsource”, and then log in to your Beatsource account again in djay by accessing the Beatsource library?


Yup. I had done all of that. My subscription is fine and works great on
Beatsource. The issue is, when I click on the button in DJAY nothing
happens. Nothing. It blinks, and then nothing :person_shrugging:

Thanks for following up!

Please confirm the following:

  1. Which device do you have?
  2. Which OS version is running on your device?
  3. Which djay version are you using?
  4. Do you experience the same issue with any of the other available music libraries on djay?

I know it might sound a bit simple, but please try fully deleting and reinstalling the app, as that could do the trick in this case.

This worked. Thank you! I was concerned I would lose my song’s cue markers,
but they were still there! :pray:
