Big issues with Analyzing Library and Sampler Pack

ok, can you please show me (screenshot) how to submit a support ticket because in my French version I don’t find it…

This is a screen shot from the Windows version of djay Pro, but it should be pretty similar on macOS.

When I click on Support it get me to that https://help.algoriddim.com/hc/en-us

Contact Support should open an email to our support team and include some information about your system setup (see example below)

If this doesn’t work, then you can email support directly: support@algoriddim.com

Okay thanks for letting me know. The team has been extra busy answering questions since the recent release of djay Pro for Windows. Sorry that no one has been able to answer your original support request yet. I have pushed your ticket from my side as well. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
