Bluetooth not holding connection

Hercules DJAY control mix not holding connection to Bluetooth On Surface laptop.
It connects for a second, disconnects for a second, and repeats.
Device is paired

Hi there and welcome to the forum. Try completely forgetting the device on your Windows laptop and reconnecting it completely. This might sort out the issue.

Thanks for posting to the community!

Please note that the Hercules DJControl Mix is not natively supported in djay Pro for Windows as shown on our DJ Gear page which is likely the reason as to why your controller is not working.

You can, however, try to MIDI map the controller yourself via a wired connection and I will post a link to our FAQ on the topic below.
