Bluetooth to the speakers

I have an iPad and using DJAY I send the sound from it via Bluetooth to the speakers, so far so good. I would like to know if, at the same time, I can use headphones to listen to the next songs?

As @Chris_R shared, you cannot send audio to your headphones while using the main output to send audio over to a Bluetooth speaker.
