So I have some Maxïmo Park in my iTunes library, with the:

LATIN SMALL LETTER I WITH DIAERESIS
Unicode: U+00EF, UTF-8: C3 AF
searching for “maximo park” in iTunes gives me all Maxïmo Park songs as result, but in djay there are no results.
Maybe you could also integrate searching for genres. This also works in iTunes but not in djay.
