Browser Preview no output with RANE Performer

Summary of the issue:
While using Rane Performer no sound through the headphones using pre-cueing. (From browser)

Cueing on the device works fine.
Can assign pre-cueing to other channels and sound comes through. (Channel faders and booth)

I did have it working as I map “shift” functions to pre cue while I browse but now for some reason no headphone output.

Did you try going into Midi learn mode and pressing the headphone cue button and seeing what signal you receive?

As the Rane Performer uses an external mixer audio config, it would be expected that features which use the software mixer don’t work.

The signals go straight from each deck to the mixer channels, and the mixer hardware handles the cueing.

Hi @Ralfi711, @PKtheDJ is correct. The RANE Performer does not allow djay to send pre-cue audio to the headphone from the browser. This is a hardware limitation.
