Buddy doesn’t recognise iPhone

My reloop buddy works with my iPad but just won’t recognise my iPhone, is there a way I can reset it / reinstall djay on my phone to make it work?

Thank you Tim for getting in touch and welcome to our community! Could you tell us which exact djay version you are using on your iPhone? The Buddy should be natively supported on both devices.

thanks Lukas, it’s DJ Pro AI, I remember there was a settings screen that
came when I first connected it which I didn’t understand, so maybe did
something wrong then?
