Bug Report Crossfader is now on the right Filter/Bass Button??

Hello, my Bluetooth Hercules Djay Controller is not working the way it should. I tried everything but nothing changes. The Crossfader is not working anymore, the Fade function is now on the Filter/Bass section and i dont know how to reset or fix it!?
When i connect it with Midi Bluetooth its connecting, but not like before and i dont know why this has happened. Is there an option to send it to back to the manufacture and get a new one? Need Help pleeeease! :frowning:
