Hello. I’ve just strarted using the control vinyl and I hear a loud tone, coming from the stylus area when using the control vinyl only. When u use Serato it’s not the care and also when I use regular vinyl it’s not present either. Is this normal? Or do I have defective product? It’s a really loud and annoying sound. Music only subtly masks the sound but it’s still there. It’s the most annoying when there’s no music coming through yet of course.
Is your turntable properly grounded?

Grounded = Earthed depending where you’re at….

It is. I checked all connections including making sure it was grounded. And testing with Serato vinyl and regular vinyl. It’s only with djay Algoriddm control vinyl.
