can i connect cdj 400 through usb midi and control djay?

Hello.I’d like to ask something…Can i control djay with cdj 400 when they are connected through usb midi to my macbook?When i connect cdj 400 to macbook with usb midi it recognises the cd player normally.When i launch djay it makes some configuration itself but i can’t control djay with the cdj 400 which is connected to macbook.Is there any way that you can help me?I want to control djay with the cdj 400.

Try mapping your controller: select “Configure…” from the “MIDI” menu.
