it looks like the PC still does not matter for algoriddim. I had the hope that would change after the appearance of djay pro 2. I was probably wrong.for the mac continue appears every few weeks extensive updates while the pc version still not even get rudimentary patches that would make the software even nearly usable. I’ve had enough now. I would like to get my money back.
we are constantly working on all our software.
Updates does not mean we are that we are only working on one application.
It would be very helpful for us if you can tell us what problems you have to deal with djay Pro for Windows.
Also please provide information about your setup.
If you still want to initiate a refund, please contact the Microsoft Store support, they are the only one able to do so:
Thank you in advance and our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
As stated, we are working on all platforms.
Helping us to improve our software is done by pointing out the problems exactly, with all necessary information. Therefore, it would be great if you can state the problems you are facing.
Every user for itself, every different angle on a problem is helping us.
So speed up the process and share the problems you unfortunately had to encounter.
“Updates does not mean we are that we are only working on one application.”
if you use all your resources to keep developing your product at your main platform and neglect it on the other, yea it means exactly that!
“It would be very helpful for us if you can tell us what problems you have to deal with djay Pro for Windows.”
I am very sure you know the problems of the windows version. you are confronted with it almost daily here in the forum. I think I do not have to list everything here again. the only way to fix these problems would be to submit an extensive update. but that is apparently not possible
as I have already said. my main problem is that i am waiting now an eternity for an implementation of the ddj sz. when I had bought the djay pro, the ddj sz was already listed on the mac as supported. I actually took it for granted that an update would follow in the foreseeable future, which would make the other controller on the pc usable too. it seems like I was all wrong. So In that sense, the software is completely useless for me.
but even if my controller would be support, I still would have the problem that the software is useless because of their massive stability problems.
what exactly do you mean by “we are working on all platforms”? because if you look at the update history of pc version and then compare it with the mac version, you will see that since the release of windows version almost nothing has done, in almost a year. so i do not know what kind of work you’re talking about.
