Hello, I was wondering if I could use my iPhone 12 charger usbc to lighting cable to use DVS with my pioneer DJM -S5 (it is USB-C powered) or do I need to buy the iPhone camera extension? Also I think I know the answer but do you need algorithm control disks or can I use my serato? Thanks for any help.
You will still need the lightning usb camera adapter.
I’ve been using this affordable one from Amazon without issue. Way cheaper than then apple branded one.
You can use serato or Rekordbox time codes as well. I have gotten tighter performance with the serato timecodes. The Rekordbox timecodes add a bit of drift.
