My desktop Mac has more power than my laptop, so it would be cool if I could batch analyze on the desktop since the analyzing will go much faster.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible for analyzed files to be carried over in the method you would like.
However, our batch analysis process is made to be efficient on all platforms, and for extensive processes, we encourage you to ensure no background applications are running for optimal performance.
