Color coding songs would be nice like in Serato.

Please note that you can indeed color code the tracks in your music library. This is done simply by right clicking either a single, or multiple, selected track(s) and choosing a color for them with the provided preset color pack. I will attach a screenshot below for further reference.

You can’t. I’d love to have it too.
Color is not even an option for filtering of tracks. It appears that it’s not a standard tag in the music files, therefore, it cannot travel across devices when synchronizing files. It seems like it’s a custom feature within the djay library, and that’s not synchronized across devices yet.
