Certainly it would be nice if there were no problems. But it’s software, depending on every change in ios etc.Please don’t be harsh to Algoriddm. It is a great app, and combined with the iDJ pro it is amazing. I am a professional dj, and I would choose DJay rather than cdj’s. I am converting the library. Not that bad… Once in a while it’s wise to reorganize the library anyway.
Earlier in this topic I mentioned I converted all my tracks (to aac). This really solves the problem. It’s a simple task in iTunes. I can keep on using Djay! More and more djs around me get the iDJ pro and Djay. Obviously it even attracks djs having cdj2000s at their disposal. It’s worth the wait and in the meantime simply convert the tracks.

Could you investigate a little quicker ? I spent $20 on your awful app and I would never think about using this in public or private . It freezes constantly . The new Traktor app doesn’t have this problem. FIX THIS APP ! Can we get some sort of class action lawsuit against algoriddm for releasing a product that doesn’t work ?
iPad 3 iOS 6 with the latest updates . Your app should work seamlessly but it’s a train wreck . Terrible awful app.
The new Trakor app isn’t a total rip off like this app is. It doesn’t freeze at all. I don’t think algoriddm is working quickly enough to resolve these issues.

Are you kidding convert my songs to less than 320kbps ? That’s insane ! You don’t drop tracks at a club that are less than that quality ! Sheesh ! How about this ? Fix the problem !!! I paid $20 for this app and it should work .

the didnt mention that the standard 320kbps file that is the STANDARD FILE SIZE for pretty much every DJ who uses MP3’s are not accepted by this APP. Which means you basically wasted $20 on an app. welcome to our frustration. They say they are working on it, I hope they are , but there has been no updates. The working class gets the screw again .

I use this app out too and have a gig coming up on Friday and am now thinking of using the Traktor app!
I am faithful to this app but you give me no choice, please sort this out for Friday or I’ll be forced to go to the other side!

Bought the IDj pro which is now a waste of time and money as this app is fcked.
Ditching this crap as it is at mercy of Apple updates which always fcks something else up.

I am just off the phone to apple support and I-tunes who say that the iOS update is not the problem and that DJ app is at fault.

I have already tried tracks that crash in djay through music player and they work fine.
It has been mentioned that tracks from beatport after iOS update don’t work. This is not case for me as I have not downloaded any after the update.
When the error message appears and you hit OK. The turntable that worked no longer plays and the record just spins.
Saying “it is what it is” is not helpful. I have bought a mixer that is built round your App and now it,s useless.
Your blaming a bug in iOS but Apple say it,s not them but you…
You and apple need to communicate with each other and get a fix for this app as your making people very unhappy
