Cannot pair hercules djcontrol mix

Cannot seem to pair the djcontrol mix with any of my devices?

The Bluetooth light is flashing but cannot connect through the software

Am using Djay software on android but also tried djay pro ai on the pc and nothing!

  1. I don’t have this controller or an Android device, but I’ve heard a lot of complaints on this forum when trying to use Android devices with djay Pro AI.
  2. Also, the Hercules DJControl Mix is not supported on Windows:
    DJ Controllers, DJ Mixers and other DJ Accessories | Algoriddim
  3. If you have access to an iOS or MacOS device, you will likely have much more success with this controller. Hercules - DJControl Mix - Mix with your smartphone
