I cannot record with DJay pro, Get the following error:
The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error 2003334207.)
Using MacBook Pro late 2013 with latest OS
Not recording spotify

Djay pro version 2.0.5
MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.4
IMac 37” late 2013
MacBook pro late 2013
File format mp3 and mp4
iTunes playlist
Folder from desktop no platform same error

ITunes version 12.7.5.9

I can play the tracks, just cannot record.

Just tested recording in djay pro (older version) same files same library, same computer, was able to record with no problems

Where is technical support when you need them, this is very poor help.

Poor help, I’ve explained that the older version has no problem, it’s just the new est version. But it doesn’t seem like the employees are reading the threads, they are picking on bits and pieces that are 6 months old and this is why they cannot come up with a timely solution
