Cannot restore FX effects on MacBook

I bought the sugar bytes FX pack about two weeks ago, in the meanwhile I had to replace my MacBook. 

When I installed DJAY Pro 2 on my new MacBook and signed in with the same Apple ID, I cannot seem to restore the FX effects that I previously bought.

I rebooted, and iCloud sync is on as well. Any suggestions?
