Can't connect to Reloop Mixon 8 Pro

My Reloop Mixon 8 will not recognise my iPad
or MacBook Pro it just boots up then nothing won’t allow me to update firmware this is only the 2nd time I ve tried to use it …first time it worked fine any help would be really appreciated

Based on your description, it sounds like it could be one of the following:

  1. Check the USB switch on the back of the Mixon 8 to ensure that it’s position matches which USB socket you are plugged into.
  2. Now confirm that the switches on the top of the Mixon 8 near the Gain Knobs are set to the same USB source you are plugged into on the back of the unit.
