Can't get the sound right with Mixdeck Quad, sliders and cue wacked out

So I am demoing DJ Pro for Mac. Numark says it is good with Sierra. But master out sound is weird. Only works with one channel unless the headphone button is pressed. CF assign isn’t responding either. Any ideas?
