Cant load videos onto decks after recent update

When i tried loading videos, it says the track is currently not available to be played, please sync your device on itunes or wait until the sync is done. I did what it says but still it wont load. Please fix this.

Have you tried deleting the videos from your iPad first before re-syncing?

I believe I’ve been able to identify the problem. Please try the following:

  • in iTunes, ctrl-click on the video and select “Get Info”
  • under “Options”, select “Music Video” as “Media Kind”
  • then sync your iPad with iTunes (make sure to enable “include music videos” in the Music syncing category)

yes i did it still didn’t work. it says the same thing, I’ve even tried removing djay 2 n then reinstalling but it didn’t work.

how can i do that? can i have ur email?
