Can't play songs from computer files anymore.

This problem has arisen suddenly and recently. But I don’t know why.

I can still open all computer and external hard discs but can’t choose the included songs. They are no longer visible.

Maybe somebody could help me?

In which file format are your tracks in?

Also in which format is your external hard drive in, did you format it?
