my android phone is my backup player and I was signed in and everything was unlocked cos I am paying for the subscription on my IOS device. I have deleted the app from my android phone and reinstalled it, but still doesn’t unlock “pro”.
Hi @Nubium, maybe try logging out of your djay account on some of your other devices first to ensure you are not exceeding the 5 total logins. Also try disabling any VPNs or proxies. Make sure you use the same email and password as use on your other iOS device.
But on android app I can’t find anywhere to sign in or out
