Can't restore purchases on Android

ive just subscribed to djay pro on the windows stre and when i try to restore purchace on the android version it keeps telling me im signed in on another account. i dont have another account. im trying to restore with the only email and password i have but it wont let me. i dont know what im doing wrong but its really making me regret the subscription already. ive signed into my windows pc using the windows store and restored my purchace there although it took about 5 attempts to do so. ive signed int my android device using both the use microsoft as well as the use email but no luck with either on android. it just says no active subscription found even though its logged me into the trial version . its unintuitive and frustrating as hell. i use 1 email and 1 password. how can it not find me

Hi @cassidy110, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you having issues with your subscription. Please try the following:

  1. Log out of your djay account on your Windows device.
  2. Uninstall djay on your Android device.
  3. Make sure you are running the latest OS on your Android device.
  4. Restart you Android device then download and install the latest official version of djay from the Google Play store again.
  5. Log into your djay account on your Android device using the same email and password for your djay account on your Windows device.
  6. Log back into your djay account on your Windows device.
