As the title states, the waveform display on the CDJ 2000NXS isnt working with djay. Connected via usb, everything else works. Except for the waveform display.
Searched for it here but only found that it shouldve been fixed. Unfortunately for me it doesnt work.
Ive been used to it because it didnt work from version 2 onwards. Updated to the latest version recently and hoped that it would work, but found out it didnt.
Hoping you could take a look into it. Thanks in advance.
To add on this, its not about the small waveform display in the bottom of the screen, but the big waveform when hiding the song selection (browse) window.

- Have you updated to the latest CDJ-2000NXS firmware from the Pioneer DJ website?

Hi @mharmsen, the big (zoomed) waveforms are not supported in HID mode of CDJ 2000 Nexus. It’s the same with rekordbox. You don’t get the big wave forms in performance mode (with a connected laptop). That’s why I hope djay pro will release the option to split the window into two screens. Than I can use the waveforms on a cheap external screen. Or another option that Djay Pro get synced on Mac OS and iPadOS. Then you can use all benefits of MacOS (e.g. HID mode of CDJ2000NXS) and you can just play an iPad as touchscreen in front of your DJ setup.
Ah oke, thanks for the answer. Bummer that it doesnt support it, but guess they cant really change that.
