I’ve asked the question of Lukas (support rep) 4 times now with no answer. Unfortunately I feel ignored, or maybe he just doesn’t know the solution. He mentioned that djay for Android was compatible with OS 4.1 and above. Does anyone else have this issue or know of a remedy?

as we said in our emails. You are helping us a lot if you stay with your first email conversation and follow the replied instructions.
We are sorry but there where problems with the compatibility and that is why we excluded the HP Slate 10.
Nevertheless we are working constantly on improving the compatibly but please note that there are a lot of different Android operating system different to the Vanilla Android, which is making the implementation hard.
