I am just setting up the controller and i want to play sound effects (from the sample pack) by using the Performance pads on the DDJ200. So the question is how do i match that on the controller ?

This looks to be a simple case of MIDI mapping your controller appropriately. Please visit the link below for more information.

All you need to do is press the pad and assign the appropriate target and action.
