Conflict between Djay and Songbook Pro

YOUR QUESTION:

I’m using Djay 5.5.1 on an iPad 11 Air (M2) (version 18.6.2).
In addition, I’m using Songbook pro (latest edition). I was not using these apps for various weeks, but I’m sure that their firmware is up to date. Yesterday, I opened Djay and started playing songs and when I opened Songbook Pro (to see the lyrics), the Djay app suddenly closed and stop working till I closed back the Songbook Pro. I have opened support consultations to both Djay and Songbook Pro without an answer so far.

I made a search with ChatGPT and the solutions offered can’t be follow step by step due to the fact that in Settings (Djay), General, etc. the captions mentioned by ChatGPT does not appear as mentioned. One of the options given was to delete DJay and reinstall it. I deleted the App and reinstalled it back from the Apple Store without success.

So my problem still there. Please, help me

Thank you. I think this problem is related to recent firmware updates, both in Djay and in OS to the iPad 11 Air (M2). By the way, I just installed version 18.7.1 to the iPad, but the problem continues. Hope the solution be found shortly.
