  1. I am having trouble getting my DDJ-GRV6 to work in the program. I can see the controller in the app but when I touch anything as far as the job wheel or any controls is does not work. I purchased this particular controller because I was told it was plug and play. I am new to the DJ world and I am simply trying to be a blessing to people with the equipment i purchased, Please help!!!

  1. Do you have an active djay Pro subscription?
  2. Have you installed the latest GRV6 firmware and drivers from the AlphaTheta website?

  3. How exactly are you connecting the GRV6 to your device? Any USB adapters or hubs for example?
  4. Have you tried a different USB cable or different USB port on your device?
  5. With the hardware connected to your device, please share screenshots of your djay Settings>Audio Devices and Settings>MIDI Devices.
  6. Are you running Windows 11 25H2?
