Amigos, alguém já descobriu a solução para o problema?
I used my sons over Christmas & it worked fine, but it was on a old iPad mini 1 (iOS 10) using djay 2 iPhone app (phone app runs smoother) I think.
I’ll check over the weekend with my iPhone on latest IOS update

I bought the philips m1x-dj for more than 2 years and always worked fine, but suddenly nether iPad Air (iOS 10.3.3) and iPhone 6 (iOS 10.3.3) is working anymore.
I’m thinking could be some iOS update incompability with the firmware in M1X-DJ, but i’m not sure. I’m already looked inside trying to identify anything strange in
lightning cable but seems ok.
I love this device too!! I want it working back…

Well… after read the David’s post in this thread I tried to keep my iPhone plugged for a period and… surprise!!.. my iPad Air and iPhone have been working again!!
My guess is Philips runs some background tasks (like David said) and probably updates the firmware!

hola, yo he tenido el mismo problema, no reconocia mi ipad, hay una cosa que me soluciono el problema, quite todos los tornillos de la mesa de mezclas, desconecte el cable de conexion ipad y espere 5 minutos, luego volvi a conectar y poner todos los tornillos, ahora funciona. espero poder ayudar a alguien
