Continue echo out on deck after new track is loaded.

After I use the echo out effect sometimes like to load the next song on that deck very quickly. This cuts of the effects tail. Please allow the effect to play out when a new song is loaded. This is essential for some quick mix techniques on Rane One mk1

Thanks for the suggestion @SamJam. Not sure if this would be possible with the song no longer loaded, but I’ll share this with the devs for consideration.
