Crash while djaying (Win 10)

I also experienced several times of crash while playing Djay pro.
Please refer to attached screen I captured.
And below is the message in English.
I want to escape from anxiety while playing.

Your software is NOT perfected for Windows. Why do you sell it if it doesn’t work? Search function does not work, audio cuts out when you use another program, songs load to Deck 2 by default instead of Deck 1. All of these are unacceptable.

I’m starting to have problems with the app. Whenever I launch now, it doesn’t play any of my music as if it can’t load it up; just a constant loading icon keep appearing as if I have bad signal or something.

It won’t load up any of my songs now…

Crashes whenever i play a wma file and CRASHES whenever i’m pulling stuff from Spotify and throwing a lot of stuff at it!!! Crap
