Your question:
Has anyone had an issue with the cross fader and master output not working on Mac OS? Everything works perfectly fine with the iOS version on my iPad and when I use Serato on my Mac, it functions fine. So it’s not the controller. Anyone else experience this issue?

Nevermind. Answered my own question. The mixer mode has to be on “Internal” for those to work.
