My MBP specs are as follows, updated to DjayPro5 and subscribed too. But found that Crossfade Fusion is missing the NeuralMix part. Is it because my computer’s hardware specs are not supported?

You will need to upgrade your computer to use the Neural Mix features. Best performance comes from Apple Silicon hardware with the built-in Neural Engine.
Yes that’s correct to use Crossfader fusion you will need m1 MacBook chip at least. If you go into settings and advance you will see what % your system is at. I have MacBook 2015 i7 and that runs at 80% so can use stems but not Crossfader fusion. To be fair to be able to use amazing stems with Intel Macs 2015 or before is pretty epic. Can’t do that with serato or virtual dj. Fortunately I have iPhone 13 and decent iPad which runs at 100%.
