Cue Coming Through Main Channel

Hercules RMX
OSX El Capitan 10.11.5

The cue channel is coming through the main output no matter what I do.

If I use djay 4.2.3, I don’t have any problems.

Main Output: Hercules DJ Console RMX Channel 1-2
Pre-Cueing: Hercules DJ Console RMX Channel 1-2

Using the same configuration on djay pro, The cue in my headphones always plays the main output.

I’ve tried other setups, but it only gets worse from there, sometimes it will push both main & cue out the main channel.

Help!

The controller belongs to the club. I will get there early next time to record a video, but I’m not sure when that will be.

Ok, now I’m having the opposite problem.

With no mixer, and using this external sound card https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00…

The MIX always comes through the LEFT headphone - loudly! It’s also coming through the RIGHT headphone softly. the volume (main output) in the headphones goes up and down with the fader.

Under this setup, the cue is NOT coming out the main output.

The cue itself works as expected, but is useless because it’s drowned out by the mix.

Original problem still not resolved.

FWIW, I solved the problem by restoring all default settings as outlined here http://help.algoriddim.com/customer/e…

I still don’t know what caused the problem, but it seems to be resolved now.
