I finally Figured it out, in case anyone else is still struggling on where the data for cue points is located.
I like to do the majority of my mixing and sampling on my Desktop and then of course use laptop for actual Gigs, i’m personally not a super fan of Serato or RecordBox, and only use them as needed.
The data is stored in C:\Users\yourusername\Music\djay
Copy the Djay Folder and then paste on your other windows device in the same location, and all cue points transfer over.
Hope this Helps those that have been frustrated by this, maybe one day windows account will just sync similar to the Mac Ecosystem, or at least provide a simple export/import option.
