Cue points not saved between iPhone and iPad using Tidal

  • iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad Pro
  • iPhone iOS 17.6.1 and iPad Pro iOS 16.7.2
  • DJay 5.2.3
  • No hardware or controllers

I saved CUE points on my iPhone and even when I close the app and reopen those are saved. Now when I open the app on my iPad they aren’t there. I have:

  • Logged out of Tidal (on both)

  • Logged out of DJay Pro (on both)

  • Ensured I have subscribed to Pro

Hi @Pcastle06, you need to enable iCloud syncing before your saved Hot Cues can be synced between you iOS devices. Please refer to the linked FAQ below.

Sorry I didn’t see that you had replied. I enabled the iCloud Drive on my iPad and now I am able to see the stored CUE points. Thank you so much!!
