Customer ''Support'' ? Why does it take at least 5 days to get any response out of Algoriddim's Customer 'Support' Team?

Why does it take at least 5 days to get any response out of Algoriddim’s Customer ‘Support’ Team?
Does anyone else have this problem, and is there any way to get them to respond quicker?

I’m loosing gigs because my software isn’t working

Algoriddim have offered a solution, which I accepted - then - NOTHING !

There goes another gig

They have been using that excuse for years! And that’s still not fixed?

What is the excuse for not answering posts here for months at a time?

They pick and choose what to answer. If they don’t know the answer, they will tell you to email support, only to never answer your email.

We invest good money in a program only to get TERRIBLE support and no updates.


But Traktor works properly… I see your point though.

as we told you via mail and twitter, we are very sorry, we did not filter our mail inbox right. Every mail you sent us was moving you back down in the list. Sorry for that.

You should step over to the NI forum as there is next to zero employer support there. Occasional mod support wiry mainly forum member support. Pretty much why I jumped ship.

Traktor like any programme works for some and doesn’t for others. Traktor DJ hasn’t been updated in nearly 2 years.

Maybe today will be the day I get a reply?

So whats the excuse for answering other post that were posted after mine…I’m still waiting.
