damaged audio files from an external disk

My setup dj (Macbook pro 2011 early 16gb i7 & pioneer ddj sr)

in some songs that play from an external disc you hear distorted as broken files while with other programs it does not do that to me.

it does in a few songs
in each set
for example it can do it on a deck
but the same song if I take it to deck 2 will play normally.
the problem may occur on both decks!
